Our Payroll Manager Emma Watson was shortlisted this year for CIPP's ACE Spotlight Award.
She travelled down to The Celtic Manor, Wales, for the awards ceremony, of a night of all things payroll.
Emma represented AWS for achieving CIPP's Payroll Assurance Scheme Accreditation back in March 2023. She shared the stage with other payrollers who have achieved this accreditation over the past year.
The star guest Ben Shepard hosted the ceremony and presented the awards.
